A game for 2 - Unreal?

Hi

Is it true that you can play Unreal with a friend? I mean go through the single player campaign together?
And what's Half-life Cooperative? Is it a game, or a mod for HL like CS, or maybe the name for the whole family of mods?

Well I know that Unreal 2 for xbox can be done in a co-op mode. I am not sure about the PC one though.

I'm pretty sure you can. I seem to remember playing it with a girlfriend several years, ago. I know you can play Doom II that way, for sure. Edward.
