BLACK AND WHITE!! PLZ HELP!!!!!!!!

Please anyone who can help me, I would appreciate it sooo much! I installed black and white, but when I try to play it all of a suden it says "Error insert in the correct CD-rom and try again" but I do have the right cd rom in there and i dont know what to do!!! plz reply as soon as possible! thanx! :):

2 quetions. Have you patched it? and what OS are you using? (XP or Vista)

Alot of people are experiencing this problem with genuine purchases of the game, my suggestion is to take the game back to the shop if you still can.
