Transfering game files to new computer..

I am currently building a new computer. However, I have not finished several games on my current computer. Is there any way to transfer my save points/progress to my new computer so I do not have to start the games all over again? Any help would be appreciated.

Each game has a save folder, it is just a matter of determining where the saves are. Just grab the save files out of each folder and back them up some how (maybe even back up the *.ini files too if you play with some weird keyboard settings that you don't want to re-map). If you have trouble finding a particular game I am sure people here can help you find the save folder.
