I don't know if you noticed, but Best Buy has Sudeki (XB) on sale for $49.99 this weekend, only until Sunday. I'm not sure if you were interested in this one, but thought I'd let you know anyway. :wink:

Oh, and for the casual observer, I live in Canada, so that price is about $20 less than what we would normally pay for a new game up here. :):

Klondike days, hey? I just had the same syptoms last week, what with the Calgary Stampede and all.... corndogs, mini donuts, fries, etc....

Yeah, I'm actually playing it right now, just taking a break. It's actually pretty good, IMO. The combat is awesome, and the voice acting is ... somewhat sub-par, but varied ... if you played and liked Shenmue II, you should be able to live with it. The combat is definitely what makes this game good. The level up process is cool, and I also like the special skills you can use in combat.

The story seems good so far. All in all, I think the game is good. I read that a person can complete it in less than 20 hours, but for 50 bucks, that's les than 3 bucks per hour. Makes it worth it for me. Go to www.gamerankings.com for more info, man. But, because you and I like the same type of games, I think you'll like this one, too.

Yeah, I read gamerankings but I kind of got mixed messages. Some reviewers hated it, others loved it. I was going to wait for some kind of player feedback before buying. Judging by your impressions and another member's opinion on another board (whose opinion I also trust) I may just make a special trip to Best Buy tomorrow.
