For all of those looking for a new twist on an RPG...or just hours of Grinding and stress induced headaches...then this is for you.

Lineage II:The Chaotic Chronical
1)Be prepared for non stop grinding for no apparent reward
2)almost non exsistant support
3)....hard to ninja loot when there is no loot
4)sooooo what lvl are you again friend, oh you are the same lvl because you die 8 times in 45 mins and you actually loose your lvls?
5)OMG im lvl 50 now...man whats this all mean
6)Congratulations 5 months into the abyss

Okay finally if any of what i said makes sense to you.....perhaps Lineage II:The Chaotic Chronicle is your game...If not...Where is Gordan Freeman or the ol'Doom Trooper...I MISSSS YOU GORDY!!!!!!! :fire:

Thanks for the advice. I think I'll stick with CoH for now. It's a grind, too, but at least I can super jump and fly my way through it!

Welcome to the boards, Reza!

The next MMORPG that doesn't include the repetition and/or grind all of them have will make bundles. Of course that will require a very complex engine/gameworld, a lot of creative thought, great coding, and a long development cycle. Right now it seems companies are doing the proven formula thing just to get-in on the cash cow those games tend to produce. I think Guild Wars might be the only other MMORPG I consider in the future. WoW doesn't really excite me too much at all.

COH, as I expected, got real old, real fast after about a month, that game is repetition to the extreme - albeit fun at first.

Supa......did you get to try the Guild Wars Trial Weekend?

Just curious if you are considering the game from first hand experience, or word of mouth.

It's a fun game, and I'll be getting it when it hits the shelves.

only problem you'll run into is the fact that Guild Wars isnt a MMORPG :p:
