I usually get the game on sale, and only buy PC games.

It used to be A................. but for the last few years...................WAIT A SECOND!!! My memory is now telling me that the timeframe I just eluded to coinsides with the EXACT SAME TIME that I got married, bought a house, and had a kid....................

Yea, so now, I might go a few months without buying a game. But the thing is, I've still got lots of games I have not really gotten into yet, though I've had them for years.....

GuildWars does not cost me anything........ I'll replay a game a few times, so while I'm treading thru Homeworld or Soldier of Fortune or Call of Duty again, I'm not needing a new game......

It's really hard to say now...... I'll go out and buy 6-7 games from the bargin bin at once. 1-2 newer ones, or I'll go 3-4 months without buying a game at all, brand new, bargin bin or mid-price.............

E, roughly, although every once in a while I buy a new release (Sup Comm.) and I bought the collector's edition of Prey recently for $28 (how couldn't I!)

I'm not a game addict, and I don't subscribe to any services such as MMORPGs.
If I see reviews or try a demo and like it, I may consider a purchase. But I don't want to be a servant to those sites that want me to pay monthly fees for services I don't use or need! And no, I do not do on-line gaming.
My monthly average for game purchases is less than $5.00. I may get only one or two games per year.. due to lack of interest in them. Have to consider home maintenance, cost of living and other factors. Being single and retired means you are a six-man crew of one about the homestead.
