Time for a new roll call. What's everyone playing?
I just finished Far Cry. Awesome game and a good value. My only gripe with it would be the ending.
Don't know what I'll play next but I'm getting tired of first person.

I am in a gaming slump right now, but I am playing Star wars galaxies on the PC, and Soul Calibur 2 on the xbox. GC and PS2 are getting no action right now.

I'm playing Rail Road Tycoon 3 right now and I'm probably going to start playing Thief Deadly Shadows in a couple of days.
Does anyone know of a good turn based empire building game like civ3 or medieval total war? Or something along the lines of roller coaster tycoon of rail road tycoon?

I am currently about 20 hours into Pool of Radiance 2. The game is pretty good so far. My only problem is that it takes forever to get anyplace in the game. It probably takes 30 seconds for my group of adventurers to get from one side of the screen to the other. OK, maybe not 30 seconds, but it certainly seems like it. They must all be equipped with Boots of Molasses with a bonus of Slow-ass +3. Other than that, I find the game quite enjoyable. They just need a "turbo" key or something. Click on the point you want to go to, hold the turbo button and the party hauls ass to their objective. Same thing for watching your enemies waddle over to you during the battles. 8 skeletons take 5 minutes to get themselves into position to be slaughtered before my mighty forces. Give me a turbo button!

The lack of the turbo button is what draws me away from many point and click RPGs.

Since buying the Halo Edition XBox it's gotten all of my attention - a steady rotation of Halo (first time through) DX2:IW, and March Madness 2004. (3 VERY good games and I am in gaming bliss)
My PC will get it's just due eventually after I move into a new Apt., as the pretty boxes holding UT2K4, Painkiller, Far Cry, Thief:DS, ROTOK, KOTOR, COH and NWN:Gold and Morrowind:GOTY Edition all stare at me wondering when I'm going to come back to them....as well as my girlfriend.

MS Flight Sim 2004, Call of Duty again and Morrowind once again as well. I toss in about 2 games of NHL 2004 and one or two 18 hole rounds of TW 2004 as well.
I think I need a new game to add to the list pretty soon. I think that's the same list I posted a month ago!

I've been playing BG1, UT2004 and X2 off and on for a while, but I decided to put all of them on hold and start the Hordes of the Underdark expansion for Neverwinter Nights. So far, I'm absolutely loving it. The music is great (Jeremy Soule), I really like the NPC's and the other characters (some are romanceable) and the plot is quite good with some interesting twists.
The HotU campaign lets you start off at level 15, so there are some pretty epic and challenging battles against very powerful enemies and Drow all the way through it. If you own Neverwinter Nights and thought the single player campaign was uninteresting, or even better, if you liked it, do yourself a favor and get this expansion! This week has been rainy and I've barely had any work shifts so I've been stuck in my chair playing this almost non-stop. I'll definitely replay it as well :):
So yeah, I recommend it if you already have NWN *Looks at SupaTroopa* :D:

Finished up Doom again with the jDoom mod. Then started playing Call of Duty again. A few episodes of that and I decided to restart Far Cry. I'm kinda waiting for the Far Cry 1.2 patch. Should be out any day. Just don't have time for anything else other than FPS.
I have about a dozen games on the pc right now and I'm thinking about cleaning a bunch of them off since I don't foresee any ability to play a lot.
Games on my pc right now include Planescape, BG2, Mafia, Diablo 2 LOD, Half- Life, Ultimate Doom, Splinter Cell, KOTOR, Morrowind with both add-ons, BF1942, Far Cry, Call of Duty, and Return to Castle Wolfenstein Enemy Territory.
I have great memories of Wolf ET and when we had our server last winter. Someday I hope to get that going again possibly after summer and winter settles back in. So that stays on the PC along with BF1942 and Far Cry. All the others might go. It'll be a sad day if I uninstall Morrowind. I spent many a night playing that thing. It will feel like a part of me is lost. I spent more time on that game than any other and it would be a shame to lose the high level character I created in it with all the great stuff I carried.

Tim, just save your character/save file on your hard drive just in case. I often do that.

I've been playing Thief: DS, Painkiller, and The Suffering. I'm in the last chapter of Thief, and also the last chapter of Painkiller. I'm about 1/2 way through the suffering.
After I complete these 3, I will be picking up where I left off in KotoR, and LoTR RoTK, and installing Tron 2.0
I have also been playing Co-op BG Dark All. II on PS2, and Co-op Sacred for PC.
I've just started Chapter III in the BG game, and for Sacred, I was very close to the end of the game, but now have hit a "game ending" bug, where none of the saved games will load up, ....supposedly the 1.66c patch had resolved this issue, but I have installed that, and the game still crashes before the saved game can finish loading. My last option will be to "re-install" the game, and hope that the "fresh" files, will allow me to load the saved games.
Whew!

PainKiller for the second time through trying to get the Tarot Cards and gold and stuff. Might try Suffering or XIII to get me through to Doom III and Half-Life II finally arrive on the scene. Edward.

Too late, I guess I was bored tonight. I decided to do a little house cleaning on the hard drive. I cleared off nearly 30 gig of game stuff. All that remains is Far Cry, BF1942 w/DC, Call of Duty, Doom, and Return to Wolfenstein ET. Naturally a defrag was in order after all that cleaning.
It was a brief sad moment when I uninstalled Morrowind, but it was time to move on. I also cleaned my desk up and got rid of about a dozen game boxes, cd's and accompanying manuals piled all over my desk. While I was doing that I dug up a few games I never finished which came with various video and sound cards in the past that I bought. One of them being Soldier of Fortune 2. I remember starting that a long time ago but never finished. I think I might load that up. Either that or I'm thinking about giving Unreal another go. I have the gold edition. I think I might try the glide wrapper for my ATI card and see how Unreal looks. Hey I like the old stuff.

I still play tons of ET on my clans server. I've also been going back to my old stuff, like Tropico, and my not so old stuff, like Splinter Cell 2 (which I uninstalled before I got my new hard drive, because it was too big)

I've been playing x2-the threat off and on. I have mainly been capturing ships and then selling them. Unfortunately, I suck at the game.
I also have been playing frag-ops for UT2K4. Its a great CS style game with some cool twists.
I am getting farcry tomarrow in the mail so I will probably be playing that a lot soon.

I've really only been playing Morrowind:GOTY Edition the most, thought it's been a couple days now since I last did.

You know what really sucks the most about that game? It's got the StarForce virus (http://www.makeabackup.com/modules.php?name=Protections_Database&op=search&query=StarForce)! Pretty sweet, ain't it?

Hehehe, nothing wrong with the old stuff :):
I got Unreal only last year and I had more fun with it than with some more recent games. It's pretty long too.
Unfortunately, I suck at the game.
So do I, most of the time I have no idea what the hell I'm doing, but it's still a great game

I really need to finish KotOR, seeing as how I'm one of three people left on this world who hasn't finished it. I've visited about three planets in it, and I played it last about five months ago.
That being said, I've been going through GTA:VC again, and I'm considering playing through the NOLF series again. NOLF was my favorite game of all time, and NOLF2 was also really good.
Occasionally, a couple friends and I will play a few rounds of Red Alert 2 or Rise of Nations. I'll be making a trip to the mall this weekend, but my chances of buying a game are pretty small. I'll be visiting the men's department, mostly (and contrary to popular belief, EB is NOT part of the men's department)

I've got a full-time job for June, so my time for gaming is limited. Especially since that job is at about an hour driving away. It's a great job, so I'm not complaining, but it does limit my gaming to the weekends only. That said, I haven't been playing much lately anyway. With all the discussion around Morrowind some time ago I decided to start it up again, and I'm really enjoying it again, but that's it on the gaming front for me.

I'm just about finished with Beyond Divinity. I may start up another game of Sacred after I rebuild my system software on the SATA drives.
I've been busy does 'chores' both from my better half  and those I need to get done, so gaming has been on the backburner for the last few weeks.
Most of the games I'm looking forward to(Vampire:Bloodlines, S.T.A.L.K.E.R., Halflife-2) don't come out until Sept. I may pick up Farcry if I find a good deal on it.

The European version uses StarForce and the US version uses SecuROM. Both locations have different publishers.

My gamecube is sitting in the corner gathering a lot of dust till Resident Evil 4, Since i got my first very own PC a month and a half ago i've played quake 3 arena, CS, CS Condition Zero (to be quite honest i hate cs altogether) Silent Hill 3 (my favorite game out of all) Silent hill 2, The hobbit, Battlefield Vietnam, Lord of the rings (TFOTR and ROTK,) plus a few old games like Cruise for a corpse and Duke nukem 3d.
Games im looking forward to are Silent hill 4, RE 4, and other that that not much else...im kinda over the FPS thing.

Hehe, someone else is actually playing The Hobbit here...neat little game with a nice color palette and 3D platformer style...more of a kid's game much like the book, and I got frustrated with it near the end and never finished, will go back into someday again...probably should've bought it for my XBOX.
I enjoyed ROTK also, finished it a couple of times...not nearly as difficult as Rob Smith at PCG made it out to be in his mag review.

ROTK is damn hard on pc, mainly due to the controls (if you dont have a joypad) and the camera angles. In fact i got so damn pissed off with it after playing for 3 nights after i got it, i flung the cd across the room and its been there ever since.
