When the 9-year-old former leukemia patient was asked if he had an unrequited wish by the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Ben requested a video game be made that fellow cancer sufferers could play to take their mind off the painful side effects of chemotherapy.

well??? why deosn't he just play mario? or Need for speed?

Do we want a game that revolves around cancer?

It would be best to play something to take your mind off cancer???

I would think that too why not a regular game, but cancer patients are always told in order to fight cancer imagine killing the cells great armies inside getting them, blowing them up etc. Ben's game is exactly that. It really helps with the idea of being in control of something that is out of control. So in some ways it really does help. Other video games are about control, this game however is about killing cancer cells. It is a great game. Quite fantastic. I wish there were more like that. :):
