Hi Guys.

I have been trying to get B&W2 to install on my home computer for a while now. When I insert hte disc nothing happens :(: , and when I try to access the drive through My Computer it says it is not responding and needs to shut down.

I have tried installing it on my laptop and that works, however the processor speed isn't high enough and it is very jerky. There are no installation problems there so what am i doing differently?

Post or email me back please!?!

Return the game to where you bought it and ask for a new copy.

Hmm could do i suppose, but i cleaned the disc just now, like really really well so don't say anything bout cleaning it more... and it came up wit a box saying

"Please go to the Control Panel to install and configure system components"

So what does that mean?

thanks

Since you said you loaded it on your laptop, we can assume the disks work. Does your computer have any issues loading other games? Are you using the original disks? What are the specs of your desktop?

Some more information would be helpful in troubleshooting the problem.

Yes I'm using the original discs and no my computer has never had any problems before. I also have no idea what specs are since i'm practically a computer noob :p:

Do you have a model number or anything we can do a search on? How old is your computer and what brand?

It's a Dell Dimension 9150 and it's reasonably new, I believe it has all the system requirements as i cross-referenced them with the ones on the games that I have already installed. Any suggestions?
