This is a way to get unlimited amounts of money without using any codes. First you must buy the Rocket Launcher from the items menu. Then set it up anywhere you wish. Next have a Sim launch a rocket. Just before the rocket hits the ground, but is visible on screen, pause the game. Then click on the rocket. It will ask if you want to delete it for $2300. Delete it. The Rocket base will remain, and you only sell the rocket. Repeat this trick as many times as needed, just be careful not to let the rocket hit or your house may catch on fire.
Health
E+A+T = health is restored to maximum, but score is reset to zero
Random Weapon
N+U+K = get a random weapon, plus all inventory required to finish the current level
