OK, I know this is sad, but I still need to know the trick for the first satan general (the huge guy in the cemetary). I still keep getting my ass kicked. I know there is a trick. Though, I have to admit, I haven't played it much since reaching there, but my time gaming has mostly been spent with UT2K4 playing with the wife.

I'll probably get back to this game tonight sometime and I wouldn't mind a little help (SKT, Fzoul, Zedd I'm typing in your direction) so I don't get too frustrated too fast.

I still havent beat him myself as I didnt have the chance to play much. But I did get him to almost dead till some of his goons killed me while camping. If you want to avoid those tornado's, go into one of those grave buildings that have a roof hehe =P

Here are some tips for ya...

1. If you hold down primary fire and shoot secondary fire with the weedwacker weapon, you'll shoot a spinning blade at him, it hurts.
do that a few times and you win.

2. Use the shotgun. Near where you start (to the right I believe) there are some extra shotgun shells. Near from that is a set of armor. Grab both of theese and quicksave. Now try to run around the guy, or between his legs, and fire against his bottom. Once he is down to 1/4 he will start to hurl tornadoes that is pretty dangerous, but if you can avoid them, its possible to take him with a good amount of time left.

3.The absoulte BEST way to get him dead in as quick as possible, is to unlock both the Fury(Double Damage) and Dexterity(Double firing rate) cards. Dexterity you get by beating Swamp Thing in under 4 minutes, and I cant recall for fury. Sorry.
Just use both, and pour grenades into his leg. When you run out, dont even bother going back for more, just use the shotgun. I kid you not, he'll go down in nearly a minute flat.

4. He's pretty simple to begin with. Start off with the stake gun so you can keep some range. Once you are out of stakes, get close to one of this legs and bunny hop circles around it with the shotgun.

* Hope those help ya Bruenor.

I had a harder time with him than with the second boss (haven't seen the others). I beat him with the shotgun by shooting at one of his legs. When you are under him you can avoid his annoying tornadoes, just be careful to not get hit by the legs!

I just use my stake gun on him til he gets down to where he unleashes the tornadoes then run away when he starts one of those up to the outer wall and "speed hop" away from him until he's done, then go back in and finish him off eventually from long range with the stake gun. Fairly easy, just gotta keep movin around the cemetary and get in the middle some point early and grab the extra ammo and health laying around.

:scared: I'm on top of the snowy bridge and cannot find an easy way up.
I mean that I've climbed all the ladders to the top, but can't jump across.
Do I jump to the suspension cables and go down? Or do I need to get farther up where the 4 blade throwing ninjas are? I also thought that it was difficult to kill the first boss.
This game is baDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD!!!!!

You need to slide down the suspension cables. It's kind of tricky though, I fell a few times and blew off half my health which isn't good as the battle on the bridge itself is insane.

Thanks, I got very lucky the first time that I slid down. Even with an 2.8Ghz and 128 MB of Video, if there are a lot monsters the game is really slow. And I mean really slow. Untill almost all of the monsters are killed and souls collected, it continues to run slow. I need to wipe my system again.
My thief games especially, to make room for the new T3.
But I do know that I'm trying to kill the 2nd Boss(swamp thing), and he's not as easy to kill as the first one was. I got tired and cheated using pkweapons
mode, I used just about all of the ammo and the monster still walks around like I haven't hurt him. Does anyone know the quickest way to eliminate him.
Maybe I could unlock a tarot card. :(:

Yeah, that boss was the most frustrating for me. It took me a long time to figure out how to kill it.

First, you have to shoot the bubbles that appear in the swamp when he walks past them in order to damage him. After about half his health is down he'll change his attacks. There will be less bubbles in the swamp but you'll still have to shoot them. When you do they'll create a small fire. Once you've shot a bunch of those, you have to shoot the ones that fly by his head/body, whatever. He'll then change color and try to put out the fires you made by shooting the swamp bubbles. During that time you can blast him with any weapon, although I recommend the rocket launcher and the shotgun :)

I hope this helps. It's hard to describe.

Yeah Nova's got it - the swamp thing is rather easy really - use your shotgun too by the way - bubbles are easier to shoot.

He becomes a solid grey after you shoot enough bubbles around his feet that damage him - then you can shoot directly at him and he'll take damage.

Eventually large bubbles will pop-up in the water (six of them total) that are permanent - blow them up and they catch on fire - then he will turn solid once you have blown up all the bubbles and caught them on fire - he will run around and try to put them out, once he does you have to shoot them all again and then shoot the "flying bubbles" until he turns solid again....

Yeah, I like the rocket launcher very well!!! Especially against those pesky groups of monsters that get in your way. A gatling/rocket gun is an awesome weapon.

I'm way down in the dungeon of the cemetary. I'm trapped in a room with a big guy, and a big pit of fire. I throw everything I have at him, and it doesn't even phase him. Anybody have any help to offer? Thanks

Yep,.... you shoot the boards on the ceiling...above the pit of flames, and the moonlight shines though, and will kill him instantly.....

now you just have to get him to walk under it!

Did anyone else have trouble with Alastor (4th chapter boss) in the Tower level? He's damn hard to dodge and I kept taking tons of damage when falling from floor to floor after he smashes them. I had to use cheats to get past him, and I RARELY cheat in games. Compared to him, the final boss was a joke.

You're stuck in demon mode for the whole fight. All you have to do is keep tapping the trigger while aiming for his head. After a while he'll fall. Worked good for me.

The part in which you fight the ghosts is really cool. All those war events stuck in time...

Hey Kako. :):

First, you have to kill about 66 of the ghost things in the part with the frozen in time nuke in the background. When fighting Lucifer, all I did was fire non-stop at his head, and he eventually died. I hear that bouncing his sword back at him (when he loses it) also works.

Sorry, can't help you more on this one. :|

Hey, kako. I just responded to your private message with a long description of how to defeat the boss demon in the PainKiller expansion. If you're playing the original PainKiller, then here's the secret. While it's true that you have to kill 66 ghosts before you can attack Lucifer, you don't have to actually kill any of them, yourself. Just to the left of the beginning of the level is a little "island" with a rock on it. You can jump over there and hide behind the rock, and the silly ghosts will come after you but fall to their deaths into the lava. After 66 of them die, go get Lucifer. You might have to come back and repeat the whole procedure a couple of times, but he will die, eventually. Hope it helps. Let us know how you make out. Edward.
