Unfortunately I couldn't find any free download sites. The official KKND site has it here (http://planet.kknd2.com/downloads/), but it looks like it'll cost you $2.50. Seems a shame to have to pay for such a small patch. Unfortunately we don't seem to have it here at 3D Gamers.

I'd call it unethical, immoral, devious, greedy, contemptable and antagonistic. Though I'm sure that other adjectives can be found and applied.
