Just wondering if anyone else has tried it. What's your thoughts on it?

I just dl'ed the demo and played for 3 hours straight. It really doesn't play like BF1942 and BF:V, in my opinion. I played on a server with 100 people and barely got any lag. I have mixed feelings about it but it's not a bad game at all. I'm not sure whether I'll get it or not.

It really is awesome when people work togheter though. I joined up with a squad and we storming objectives and kicking arse left and right. A few of our guys would rush and assault directly, some would stay in the bushes and give cover and others would snipe and watch for enemy reinforcements. It really does give the feeling that you're at war. You have to be on your guard all the time.

I'm definitely interested in this game so any feedback that folks would like to contribute would be great.

Well, since you asked for feedback...

About the vehicles, unlike BF, they're not very powerful and they alone sure won't win the battle. The real focus is on infantry combat. Still, they are not useless at all. They're a very good means for transporting yourself and others to the front, although I myself prefer being on foot as you're less of an obvious target and it's easier to sneak up behind those pesky snipers.

Another thing I like about the game is that there are trees, rocks and high grass all over like any real jungle, which definitely keeps you on your toes. You never know where someone might be hidden.

The day/night cycle is a nice feature, although I prefer day as nightvision can get annoying.

Novalogic supposed to send my free game (for qualifying as a beta tester with enough hours played), still waiting heh. They confirmed my address and stuff already =P

But I had a load of fun in the beta. Is 150 the commercial version server limit? they say they might increase it. The beta max was 250 and it was still very playable at 200. Its funny as the beta still continues though, guess we're supposed to test new patches for retail now.

The server limit is 64 unless you subscribe to novlogic servers which you can play up to 150 right now.

It is a long time ago,i dont like joint operations.Its to heavy combat,games like battlefield vietnam are much more fun. :D:

Zedd since you were in the beta and they gave you the free game do they give you a free subscription to the big servers? or just the game?

subscription to the big servers? I think only the beta is on 200+ servers

Well from what I understand you have to pay to play on servers larger than 64 players... or atleast that was what the box said.
