I have a "small" problem with PoP WW.I can' t find the 9th upgrade pedestal.I' ve searched all over the web, I followed every instruction I' ve read but I can' t find it.Does anyone know where it is exactly.I would appreciated it a lot.Thanks!!! :thumbup:
