Here is Nyghtfalls post from Gmv, April 10th 2004.

"As many of you are aware, I've been taking classical guitar lessons for close to eight months now. This is Minuet in G, a piece I've been working on for several weeks now. My teacher and I have been trying to get me to the point where I can play this song flawlessly, all the way through, and then record my performance using his equipment. I decided to take my own stab at a recording, using some PC recording software my wife and I recently purchase.

There are three parts to this song, including the melody, harmony, and chordal accompaniment (if there's a term of that, I don't know what it is). I recorded myself playing all three parts - separately of course - using 3 tracks, and then encoded all 3 tracks into an MP3.

Bear in mind, my performance is by no means perfect. Please also excuse the popping noise you're going to hear. The connection between the amplifier in my guitar and the cord that connects my guitar to my Marshall is a bit loose. It cleans up near the end.

Comments are welcome, constructive criticism is appreciated. Otherwise, enjoy!

EDIT: I finally got rid of the popping noise and re-recorded Minuet about an hour ago. Here's the new version (http://www.nyghtfall.com/music/Minuet_in_G.mp3). "
