I just got the fly ability in City of Heroes. It's incredibly fun! Now I want to get another hero to level 14 so I can try the superjump ability.

I am really enjoying CoH. It looks and runs amazingly well on my aging computer. The old 9700pro is still a great card.

If anyone is playing on Triumph look me up. My character is Blue Shocker.

Hmm, anyone else wish they had a 9700Pro on their 'aging computer'?

Heck, the 9700 pro isn't that old, my 9000 non-pro isn't even THAT old.

I'm very happy with my 9800pro now. I haven't played COH in a while, but will get back into it when I have time. I have a level 12 fire tanker and a level 10 controller that I like. The pathches have made all kinds of balance changes so I haven't bothered to play much lately, as Thief: DS has taken up most of my gaming time.

When a MMORPG gets to the point that it takes 2-3 long sessions over a couple of days or more just to gain one level, I quickly get bored of them honestly.

I take it, then, you've never taken a character to max level in any MMORPG you've ever played?

It took me all of two weeks to level from 20 to 21 in CoH.

I'm on Triumph, Glen. Name's Kitana Jade. I'm a 15 scrapper, with super jump. It's loads of fun, but I've been working on a new character because I want to try out flight!

Nope! 2 weeks for one level! OUCH. I got to level 61 in Anarchy Online and that wasn't bad at all really, plan on going back to that char some time in the future though. (200 levels max in that game I believe) The variety of things to do in AO really made me get through it though.

I just don't have it in me to grind too much honestly...I will give COH another chance as I stated, it is a fun game for the most part, but the thought of some of the repetition involved just isn't sitting well with me right now I guess. :0

two farking weeks? even in DAoC it doesnt take that long to go from 49 to max 50....
