Yay, the new firefox RC1 has a lot of bugfixes. And FINALY the extensions are working right.

WTF, every so often firefoxe takes up 99% of the CPU cycles for a few seconds and slows down my computer!

it has some fixes, but then it has some other issues. kind of frustrating.
