I've got WinXP Home on an HP system I'd bought a couple of years ago. And It's done something that's always kinda irritated me...
Whenever a page finishes loading it resets to it's default scroll location.
Example...
When I go to view the C:\WINDOWS directory I'll start to scroll down the list of files and folders before the entire page is finished loading. But the instant that the page has finished loading it resets to the default view by insta-scrolling back to the top of the page. Which means that I have to scroll back down the page a second time before I can look at the file/folder in the list that I wanted to look at. It pretty much does this with any page/window that I'm viewing.
Anyone know of a way to prevent this ??
I'd noticed that this problem doesn't occur on Win98/ME systems.
