Americas Army Punkbuster Problem

Everytime i try to update my punkbuster cleint inside of a game and it says i lost my connection, but i try to update it outside of the game and it gets about 3/4 of the way done and it becomes non-responsive can any one offer some advice about this problem this would be greatly appreciated

i'm not sure to be honest. i never had a problem that was not solved by updating outside of the game. maybe your pb needs to be reinstalled? i would start there seeing as nothing else has worked for you.

it could be my connection i think cuz im using a wireless adapter (d-link) and the connection not too reliable but it usually works pretty well
