Unfortunately CoolWebSearch is constantly creating new garbage which CWShredder won't even detect sometimes. I just came across a real nasty variant. After wrestling with it for a few hours I found a fix at PC Hell (http://www.pchell.com/). If all else fails check PC Hell for a fix. See the link on "res://random.dll" hijacker if it applies to your situation.
